I was part of the Campus Recruitment team during my second year of the master’s program in entrepreneurship, and I held various roles within the team before eventually becoming vice president. Organizing events, coordinating a team of volunteers, and working with companies—these are tangible responsibilities that you take on alongside your classes and that you won’t find anywhere else during your studies.
After my time with the organization, I continued to attend CR events and stay afterward to help clean up. It’s an experience I highly recommend.
I was part of the Campus Recruitment team during my first year of the IBE master’s program, and I joined for both professional and personal reasons: a team that’s a pleasure to work with, and events that are truly beneficial to HEC students.
The CR has taught me a lot. Managing a sometimes very tight schedule, public speaking, and team management: these are skills you develop in real-world situations, and they’re useful far beyond the scope of the organization.
I was part of the Campus Recruitment program for the master’s degree in social and sustainable business management. As part of that program, I coordinated the Job Preparation Days: two days each year when companies come to meet with students for mock interviews, resume reviews, and workshops. A graphologist is also on site to conduct analyses.
On a personal level, I learned how to speak in public and handle the unexpected, even when the situation becomes stressful. On a professional level, I learned how to maintain relationships with companies and ensure that everything runs smoothly, both logistically and in terms of people.
A truly enriching experience.
I was part of the Campus Recruitment team during my second year of the master’s program in digital business, and I served as president of Campus Recruitment for a year. I joined the organization to get involved in the school and to develop both professional and interpersonal skills: Campus Recruitment involves a lot of interaction with companies and a lot of organization.
It’s also a team of students with a great atmosphere. Serving as president taught me just as much about team management as it did about my own organization: I had to adapt to my responsibilities and oversee the various departments for each event.
